The LEWA ecodos® membrane metering pump represents a reliable and efficient solution for dosing and pumping in low-pressure areas. This pump is suitable for a wide range of dosing and pumping tasks and offers a flow rate of 16 to 1460 l/h per pump head at a maximum discharge pressure of 20 bar.Precise dosage adjustment: With an accuracy of ± 1% in the flow rate range, the ecodos offers a comprehensive adjustment range of up to 1:50, which can be crucial for precise process control.Various sizes and equipment: The pump is available in various sizes and material variants (316/316L, PVC, PVDF, PTFE) and can therefore be adapted to specific requirements. Integration into control and regulation systems: The ecodos can be easily integrated into existing production systems, with the power on the motor side controlled via a frequency converter or with an automatic stroke adjustment. Hermetically sealed: The pump operates without dynamic seals in the process fluid area, creating a hermetically sealed working surface and thus preventing emissions and contamination of the fluid.High operational reliability: Even if a diaphragm is damaged, continued operation is possible, ensuring high production reliability. PTFE sandwich diaphragm: The 4-layer PTFE sandwich diaphragm is continuously monitored during operation and offers high stability and durability. Adaptability and options: The pump offers numerous customization options, including explosion-proof designs, integration into process control systems, and customized accessories. Industry applications: The ecodos is used in various industries, including refineries, petrochemicals and chemical industries.
The system consists of the parts shown in the images.
