MOLA UNIVERSAL 900 - mobile primary shredder

UNIVERSAL 900 features a two-shaft shredding system for processing construction waste, granular asphalt, brickwork, reinforced concrete, wood waste, roots and municipal solid waste.

Throughput: up to 200 t/h, depending on the processed material.
• Construction waste, granular asphalt and brickwork: 80–200 t/h
• Reinforced concrete: 70–150 t/h
• Wood waste and roots: 20–60 t/h
• Municipal solid waste: 15–25 t/h

Output fraction: 0–150 mm, depending on material characteristics.

The brochure lists a quick-change shaft system, automatic reverse, hydraulic overload protection, touchscreen controls, wireless remote control and IoT telematics. Included features will be confirmed in the agreed configuration.

The engine power, fuel tank capacity and fuel consumption stated above apply to the reference Yuchai diesel configuration. Specifications and power supply requirements for an electric motor configuration will be confirmed separately.

Other configuration changes can be discussed according to the customer's application and require technical confirmation. Hot Climate adaptations also require technical confirmation based on operating conditions.
